Scott Sonju is an entrepreneur, investor, and executive & leadership coach for the c-suite and founders. Sonju brings extensive leadership experience, including his role as longtime President and General Manager of the Frisco RoughRiders (Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers), President of Neltex Sports, co-founder of TrailRunner Sports, and founder of three nonprofits.

Sonju graduated from Texas A&M University and earned his MBA at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. Sonju likes to be involved in the community and over the years has served on multiple boards. He is also an adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University, where he teaches a popular masters-level Sports Sponsorship course. Sonju is a two-time selection for the Dallas Business Journal “40 Under Forty” and was named Texas League Executive of the Year. He loves to help his clients flourish wholistically - professionally and personally.
